Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room I initially stayed in was not serviced and felt cramped, but I eventually got upgraded to a larger room with a king bed. However, the furnishings seemed outdated and the ambiance could be better. On the upside, the staff was pet-friendly, though not entirely responsive to queries, providing some helpful services.
The hotel had no fridge, microwave, or cell phone charging ports in the rooms. The smell of smoke and marijuana lingered in the hallways. On the upside, the trash was promptly cleared out. However, the constant noise from nearby buildings and a disruptive party next door were major drawbacks.
The hotel was okay, with clean bathrooms, but felt old and run-down. The TV was the old 'crt' type with so-so reception, which was a bit disappointing. The service was friendly and accommodating, and the staff were efficient and helpful with everything. However, there was an incident where some staff members argued to a point of unprofessionalism. The location was not the best, with noise all night long, but it was close to a railroad crossing. The dining options were limited, and some facilities were under renovation, like the coffee maker. The price was a saving grace on people doors to smoke smell.
